1. License & Scope

BizPilot AI grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access our platform dashboard. You agree to use the workspace strictly for operational business support.

2. AI Strategic Advice

Strategic audits provided by CEO, CFO, Sales, and Marketing agents are generated using probabilistic model prompts. They are advisory in nature. We are not responsible for investments, payroll changes, or business pivots executed based on AI recommendations.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to bypass security tokens, abuse rate limits, scrape platform layouts, or upload malicious documents to the files repository.

4. Service Access

SaaS availability is provided on an 'as-is' basis. We reserve the right to deploy maintenance updates that may cause temporary access windows to reload.
