BizPilot AI ("we", "us", "our") is dedicated to protecting the privacy and security of our users' business data. This Privacy Policy details how we compile, store, and utilize data within the BizPilot AI application.

1. Information We Collect

We collect account registration data (name, email address, password) via Firebase Authentication. We also store workspace business configurations, customer records, invoice items, and logged expenses in a secure database instance.

2. Data Usage

Your business records are used to populate dashboard charts and tables. If you run an AI Strategic Agent, relevant totals are passed to the Gemini model to produce structured recommendations. Your records are never stored by third-party LLMs or used for generic neural net training.

3. Database Isolation

We implement strict row-level security partitions via Firebase security rules. Each workspace can only be fetched by the authenticated client ID that created it.

4. Data Deletion

To completely remove your workspace account and delete all associated invoices, customers, and setting profiles, you can submit a deletion request via support@bizpilot.ai.
